Umm, Guacamole Grilled Cheese? YES PLEASE!
I came across this amazing idea from two peas & their pod on pinterest and WOW. Who knew something so simple could be so delicious!
The old Mary would have made fresh bread and home made guacamole. But not the new Mary. This Mary is lucky if she gets to eat dinner before 9 p.m.
So I took the easy way out. I stopped off at Fresh & Easy on my way to day care, picked up a loaf of crusty italian bread, their pre-made guac (it’s so delicious and has a good zing to it), and some cheddar cheese and headed home.
While I was feeding baby, daddy cooked up this tasty treat and for once we ate at a decent hour. This will definitely be one for my favorite foods list.
