On Saturday we visited Torrey Pines beach in San Diego. It was really overcast and a little chilly when we got there and got even colder the longer we stayed. Rylie took right to the beach, she will surely grow up to be a surfer girl. I wouldn’t be surprised if she is mixing up some cement in that belly of hers with all the sand she ate. You’d think she’d taste it, decide it was icky and then stop, but no, she shoveled it in all day long. I gave her some snacks to munch on and before each bite she would dip it in the sand.
I have to say, my kid is ADORABLE. Don’t be jealous.
Needless to say we are SUPER excited about our week long trip to La Jolla in September. Beach front house in Bird Rock. Yup. Here’s a sneak peek of what our view will be like…
